MUIT Incubation and Innovation Foundation (MIIF) successfully organized a workshop on “Effective Sales and Marketing Strategies for Start-ups” on 04 December 2025 at the MUIT Auditorium, Lucknow. The session aimed to empower budding entrepreneurs and students with essential skills for understanding customer behavior, designing effective sales strategies, and applying practical marketing techniques to help start-ups grow sustainably.

About the Speaker

The workshop was conducted by Mr. Deepak Trivedi, Executive Director of BNI Lucknow, a seasoned Investment Banker and Founder of Target Capitals.

Mr. Trivedi brings over 25 years of experience in investment banking and financial services. He has worked with prestigious organizations such as Allegro, Ameriprise, and ICICI Investment, developing expertise in wealth management, investment planning, market strategy, and high-value portfolio management. His vast knowledge and practical insights enriched the workshop and inspired participants to adopt strategic approaches in their entrepreneurial journey.

The workshop concluded with a vote of thanks to Mr. Deepak Trivedi for sharing his valuable guidance and industry experience. The session enhanced participants’ understanding of sales and marketing fundamentals and provided actionable strategies to help young entrepreneurs and innovators scale their ventures effectively.
