Objective


The primary objective of the event was to showcase the role of start-ups and innovation in driving India’s economic growth and to create a strong connection between academia, industry, entrepreneurs, and capital. A key focus of the event was the launch and promotion of the MIIF Seed Scheme, aimed at encouraging aspiring entrepreneurs and supporting promising start-up ideas with early-stage funding and incubation support. The scheme was highlighted as an opportunity for innovators and students to transform their ideas into viable and scalable ventures.


The event also aimed to provide participants with practical insights through Power Talks and Panel Discussions with successful entrepreneurs, industry experts, and professionals, while encouraging networking, mentorship, collaboration, and awareness about available start-up support and funding opportunities.

The event “India’s Growth Story Powered by Start-ups” was organized by MUIT Incubation & Innovation Foundation (MIIF), Noida on 22nd August 2026 (Saturday) at the Main Seminar Hall. The event was organized around the theme “Bridging Academia, Industry & Capital: From Innovation to Scalable Ventures”, with the objective of creating awareness about entrepreneurship, innovation, start-up development, and funding opportunities among students and aspiring entrepreneurs. The event began with a welcome and introduction to the vision of the program, followed by an overview of the growing contribution of start-ups towards India’s economic and technological development. The participants were introduced to the importance of transforming innovative ideas into sustainable and scalable ventures through proper mentorship, industry exposure, networking, and access to capital. A major highlight of the event was the Launch of the MIIF Seed Scheme. The scheme was presented as an important initiative of MIIF to support early-stage and promising start-up ideas by providing opportunities for seed funding and incubation support. The initiative aims to encourage students, innovators, and aspiring entrepreneurs to take their ideas beyond the ideation stage and work towards developing them into viable, market-ready, and scalable ventures. The session also created awareness about the importance of funding at the early stage and the role of incubation support in helping start-ups develop their business models, validate their ideas, and progress towards sustainable growth.

The event further featured Power Talks by Mr. Shivam Dikshit, Co-Founder, MyOperator, and Mr. Mahendra K. Gupta, CEO, INurture Incubation Foundation. The speakers shared their experiences and insights on entrepreneurship, innovation, startup building, business opportunities, and the challenges faced while developing and scaling a venture. Their sessions provided participants with practical perspectives and encouraged them to explore entrepreneurship as a career and growth opportunity. Following the Power Talks, an engaging Panel Discussion was conducted with distinguished professionals and entrepreneurs from different domains. The panel included Ms. Prity Khastgir, International Intellectual Property Rights Attorney & Tech Lawyer; Mr. Shashank Pandey, Founder, BHASHANBHARAT.COM; Mr. Alok Ajaiswal, Founder, India Internets (Alliance Web Solution Pvt. Ltd.); Mr. Gitesh Kumar, Founder & CMD, Hawiaadda Aerial Innovations Pvt. Ltd.; and Mr. Abhishek Gupta, Founder, Motorama EV Private Limited. The discussion covered important aspects of the startup ecosystem, including innovation, intellectual property, entrepreneurship, industry opportunities, funding, market challenges, and strategies for business growth.

The interaction provided students and aspiring entrepreneurs with an opportunity to learn directly from experienced professionals and understand the practical realities of establishing and scaling a startup. The speakers also emphasized the importance of identifying real-world problems, developing innovative solutions, building strong business models, protecting intellectual property, and creating sustainable ventures.

The event served as a valuable platform for knowledge sharing, networking, mentorship, and collaboration among students, entrepreneurs, industry experts, and members of the start-up ecosystem. The MIIF Seed Scheme further strengthened the purpose of the event by providing an avenue for promising ideas to receive the required early-stage support and move towards commercialization and scalability.
